how could I resist these... vintage clown cupcake decorations, found on my neighbours table at Magnolia Square. The Cupcake Wrapper Co have really sweet wrappers as well as a great bunch of vintage cake toppers such as clowns, ballerinas, footballers and more...Now I just need to get my fifties chef cooker to actually bake cupcakes all the way through.

sweetie, your 'neighbour' is one of my oldest and dearest friends, natalie. we've known each other since we were four, we were in each other's weddings etc. etc. how exciting that you've had the pleasure to share stands next to each other!! would've loved to come down today, but work was calling, unfortunately. not sure i can come along with the little blokes in tow, will try. x

Did you know that you can still buy these clown toppers at that big party shop on Sydney Rd Coburg (up past Albion St)?
They had some other cool retro toppers
too last time I was there... x
